To make it quick and easy, we ship from three locations:

1. New Zealand: All NZ orders are shipped from our HQ

2. USA and International orders are shipped from our USA base, in Tennessee.

3. Australian orders and shipped from our stock in Melbourne.

Orders to NZ, USA and AUS addresses take 2-5 days to arrive and all other countries arrive within 8-10 working days.*

UK and EU: Yes, we ship to the EU and UK. To get your order to you smoothly and have any applicable customs import duties and taxes pre-paid at checkout, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller on record for all orders to the UK and the that are EU €150 and Under.

United States

• Standard shipping is $5 for orders under US$40
• Free standard shipping for all orders US$40 and over

New Zealand

• Standard shipping is a flat rate of $7, even if you are rural. This is via tracked overnight courier post.
• FREE for orders NZ$60 and over

Australia

• Standard shipping is a flat rate of $9 anywhere in Australia is via tracked courier post and takes 3-6 days currently.
• FREE for orders AU$60 and over

Rest of the World (International)

Delivery: 5-8 working days, shipping from Tennessee, USA

Accurate postage costs are calculated at checkout, direct from our carrier partner "Passport" and if there are any applicable customs duties/tax, this should also be calculated for you to pay to ensure a smooth delivery.
