NZ orders are sent from our headquarters in Mid Canterbury, NZ and are processed within 2 days typically.

Standard shipping is via tracked courier post that takes 1-2 days to arrive.
Standard flat rate of $6 and FREE for orders NZ$60 and over.
There is no extra cost for rural addresses.

Australia

Australia orders are sent from our Melbourne and are processed within 1 day.

2-5 working day delivery
Flat rate of $10 anywhere in Australia and FREE for orders AU$60 and over.

It's important that you get the socks that fit you best so that you can experience the awesome difference that Creepers provide.

Exchanges are eligible for socks that have been delivered within the last 30 days.

If your items are eligible for a return, please email us HERE, along with your order number and what items you would like to exchange and what you want to exchange them for and we'll get right back to you with the return address if needed. Note that at this time we are unable to offer free shipping on returns or provide shipping labels.

We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping but of course, will do out absolute best to get the right socks for your feet!

If your items are eligible for a return, please email us HERE, along with your order number and we'll get right back to you with the return address if needed. Note that at this time we are unable to offer free shipping on returns or provide shipping labels.

Refunds will be made immediately after the returned items pass inspection and will be processed back to you via the method used in the original purchase.

We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

Damages and Faults

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with proof, if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement send out as soon as we can.

Incorrect Address

We strive to ship orders accurately and quickly and due to this, we are unable to accommodate shipping address updates. I you notice right away, email us by replying to your order confirmation email however we cannot guarantee we will be able to get to your email or update your order before it is sent and ultimately it falls on you to enter your address clearly and accurately. If we receive your order back to our warehouse due to an incomplete/incorrect address we will be in contact to collect the correct information. Additional shipping fees may apply.

FAILED DELIVERY:

If your order does not arrive within 30 days from the shipped date due to no fault of your own and this is confirmed via post tracking, then we will send you a new order free of charge.

CANCELLATION BEFORE YOU RECEIVE THE ITEM:

Please check your order details, including shipping address and sizes ordered, before you checkout as in most cases, we cannot change this as we fulfill orders fast.
Simply contact us by phone or email. If the item has not been dispatched we will halt it and refund the total amount that you paid, including postage. If the item has been dispatched already when our customer service team get to your email, we will acknowledge your wish to cancel the order and we will ask you to return the item to us. Once we receive the item we will refund the total initial order, including postage, but not the cost of returning the item to us.

CANCELLATION AFTER YOU RECEIVE THE ITEM:

Return the item(s) to us unworn, unwashed and with the original packaging and invoice, and we will refund the item(s). We are not able to refund the postage cost of sending the items back to us.
