New Zealand

1-2 day delivery
Standard shipping is via tracked courier post. This is a flat rate of $6, even if you are rural and FREE for orders NZ$60 and over

Australia

3-10 working day delivery
Standard shipping is via tracked courier post and takes 3-10 days currently. Flat rate of $10 anywhere in Australia and FREE for orders AU$60 and over

United States & Rest of the World

5-10 working day delivery via tracked international shipping.
Flat rate of US$13 and Free US shipping for all orders over US$45

Returns

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@creeperssocks.co.nz and we can let you know where to post them back to. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

FAILED DELIVERY:

If your order does not arrive within 30 days from the shipped date due to no fault of your own and this is confirmed via post tracking, then we will send you a new order free of charge.

CANCELLATION BEFORE YOU RECEIVE THE ITEM:

Simply contact us by phone or email. If the item has not been dispatched we will halt it and refund the total amount that you paid, including postage. If the item has been dispatched, we will acknowledge your wish to cancel the order and we will ask you to return the item to us. Once we receive the item we will refund the total initial order, including postage, but not the cost of returning the item to us.

CANCELLATION AFTER YOU RECEIVE THE ITEM:

Return the item(s) to us unworn, unwashed and with the original packaging and invoice, and we will refund the item(s) and the postage cost in sending the items to you. We are not able to refund the postage cost of sending the items back to us.
